About 5 minutes by car from Arcidosso, inside Palazzo Nerucci in Castel del Piano, the eponymous collection ranges from works dating back to the 1700s, to Etruscan finds and not only dated III-II century BC, as well as caricatures, posters and paintings made by Edoardo Cei.

Museum of Mercury Mines
About 20 minutes by car from Monte Amiata, in Santa Fiora, the Mercury Mine museum is interesting. Housed inside the Sforza palace, through six rooms it will be possible to retrace the fundamental stages of the mining activity that characterized the entire Monte Amiata until 1900. Palazzo Piccolomini Museum
Going down towards the Val d’Orcia, three are the noteworthy museums in Pienza. The Palazzo Piccolomini Museum allows you to visit several rooms containing paintings and representations of the Pientina family of the same name, canvases dated 1700, various weapons, furniture and furnishings from 1400 to 1700, as well as a large and important library.
