Monte Amiata is getting ready to welcome a new season dedicated to adrenaline and outdoor adventure with the reopening of the Amiata Freeride Bike Resort.
Starting from May 16, riders and mountain bike enthusiasts will once again be able to enjoy the trails and downhill tracks of the famous bike park, located within the largest beech forest in Europe.
Over the past few years, Monte Amiata has become one of Tuscany’s main destinations for freeride and enduro biking, thanks to routes designed both for experienced bikers and for those approaching the sport for the first time. Technical trails, flow trails, forest single tracks and dedicated services make the area increasingly popular among two-wheel enthusiasts.
The new season will also bring several new features, including investments in infrastructure, lift services and training areas designed for beginners, families and children. Special attention has also been given to the organization of events and activities that will enliven the summer on Monte Amiata, strengthening the connection between sport, tourism and local area promotion.
Surrounded by forests, breathtaking views and nature trails, Amiata continues to establish itself as an ideal destination for those seeking an authentic outdoor experience in the heart of Tuscany. The 2026 season is ready to begin, bringing back to the mountain the energy and passion of the biking community.
